BIGLRY & BONE'S Heavy Duty bolt and washer kit for the VTX1800 and VTX1300 replaces the #90022-Mat-E00 pressure plate bolts and washers used on all VTX clutches. |
After much searching we have come up with what we feel is an answer to the problem of popping the head off an OEM clutch bolt when replacing the clutch. Even at Honda's recommended torque setting of 9 ft-lbs (108 in-lbs) we have seen more than a few stock clutch bolts pop their heads. |
Heavy Duty zinc plated bolts are M6 x 35 mm long, metric class 10.9 (U.S. Grade 8). The shank size at the head is 5.4 mm. Heavy Duty washers are 1.8 mm thick with 21 mm Outside Diameter. |
