Sick of that rattle that comes from the headlight bucket? This Liner is solid and fits perfectly inside. It is easy to install and comes with special tape for the trim to make a kit. |
The headlight rattle comes from two sources: One being the wires and connectors that live inside the headlight bucket and the other is the trim. BOTH issues are taken care of. |

HEADLIGHT LINERS - RUBBER |
Installation Instructions: 1. Remove headlight by removing the two top screws inside the headlight trim. Carefully pull headlight towards you, noticing that the bottom has a L-Shape bracket going through a slot in the headlight bucket which holds the bottom in place. While firmly holding onto the headlight, disconnect the headlight connector and remove headlight with trim. |
2. Place rubber liner inside the bucket while feeding the electrical lines through the open slot of the liner. NOTE: The smaller slot, which is open, is to allow your inside wire tie straps to feed through and still be used as normal. |
